What does T-Kids Offer?
Small Group Sessions
This service is wonderful because kids learn from each other. Children relate to one another and know they aren't alone in the way they think, feel, and react to certain life situations. Kids become more willing to apply the mindset fitness skills when they observe their peers employing similar strategies and they can celebrate their success together.
One-on-One Sessions
This service provides options and flexibility for families. Either in-person, or over Zoom, I can work around your schedule and meet your needs for individual service.

Mindset Club
Mr. K. brings his mental fitness program to your school to help students develop a growth mindset. Children learn strategies to help them feel empowered and believe in themselves, while choosing to look at the world in a way that serves them best. Kids become more willing to apply the mindset skills when they observe their peers employing similar strategies and they can celebrate their success together in the club. Topics range from positive thinking, anxiety relief, self-compassion, and emotional intelligence just to name a few.
